When MOOWR opened up under Section 65 of the Customs Act, most consultants treated it as a footnote to a broader tax practice. We took the opposite view. Deferring and saving import duty on a bonded manufacturing operation is a specialist discipline, and it rewards specialists.

Since 2019 we have done the licence applications, the bond executions, the monthly returns and the customs liaison, again and again, until the process became muscle memory. That is what a manufacturer is buying when they work with us: a team that has already solved the problem in front of them.
